Core policy

For any item that is charged a core charge, to receive core refund, credit will be issued when old core is returned.

To avoid core charges, core may be shipped prior to order.

Core must be in good condition and not broken, burnt, missing any components and complete as taken from engine. Partial core charge may apply if core is bad or not complete.

Some Products carry a factory graded core charge. If core is damaged,partial core refund will be returned per the manifacturer’s core grading policy. If ypu are inquiring on such a product the core charge amounts will be explained at the time of the sale.

Cores must be returned within 30 days to receive credit.

When shipping a core to be returned, please make sure it is drained of all fuel and oil. Seal the item well in a plastic bag and pack it tightly so that it is not loose inside the box. Also make sure that any parts for the unit are not bulging on the side walls of the box. This will cause the unit to rub a hole in the box and can cause damage to that part.

Please include a copy of the original invoice inside the box.
